The castle, witch and weapon museums can also be visited without a guided tour!
We recommend our audio guide, available in German, English, Hungarian, Slovenian, Croatian, Italian, French, Spanish, Czech and Russian, as well as our children’s audio guide in German.
Dogs are not allowed in the castle interiors!
Guided tour fee €100.00 for small groups under 20 people.

TICKETS FOR GROUPS/SCHOOLS
IMPORTANT: Tickets for groups and school classes must be purchased exclusively at the Visitor Centre at the lower station of the castle lift. There is no longer any staff at the castle ascent / footpath, so group and school tickets cannot be purchased there.
Groups and school classes who would like to walk up via the historic castle path must purchase their tickets in advance at the Visitor Centre.

Please bring your reservation number with you when purchasing tickets on site.
If you have planned to ascend by inclined lift, the procedure is as follows: arrival at the Castle Lift Visitor Centre, payment at the ticket desk, and ascent by inclined lift.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Please allow at least 30 minutes for the ride up by inclined lift or the walk up via the historic castle path.
The birds of prey show takes place Monday to Saturday at 11:00 am and 3:00 pm, and on Sundays and public holidays at 11:00 am, 2:00 pm and 4:00 pm. The show lasts approx. 50 minutes. Admission begins 30 minutes before the show starts.
If the birds of prey show cannot take place due to weather conditions, for example in heavy rain, the ticket can be redeemed another time during the current season.

CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations of guided tours must be announced no later than 24 hours before the tour begins.
Cancellations can be made by e-mail or by phone at +43 3153 82 13.
Upon late cancellation or failure to appear, a cancellation fee of € 40.00 will be charged.
