Parking is available at the visitor centre (castle lift) and in the village of Riegersburg. Please allow extra time for the walk to the ticket office.
Tickets for groups and school classes must be purchased exclusively at the visitor centre by the castle lift.

Proud and mighty, Riegersburg Castle is enthroned on the 482-meter-high volcanic rock from which it overlooks the southeastern Styrian hill country. In all the centuries of its existence, the Riegersburg could never be conquered. Nowadays, the climb up to the castle is much easier, but always an experience.
